As the genocidal state of Israel continues destroying homes, hospitals, schools, archives, telecommunications networks, press offices, and entire families across occupied Palestine, another assault is unfolding far from the rubble and blood we know too well. The same Israeli state institutions directing carpet bombardment on the ground now benefit from digital systems that quietly bury the evidence of their genocide. Videos disappear. Eyewitness social media accounts lose reach. Years of documentation become harder to find. Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that our struggle for national liberation now extends deep into the technological infrastructure shaping what humanity is permitted to witness.

Dimitri Diliani, Member of the Revolutionary Council and Spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, stated, “A 2025 monitoring project tracking activity across major digital platforms documented a random sample of 3,452 cases in which anti-Israeli-genocide posts were removed, accounts were restricted, videos were buried, search visibility was reduced, or eyewitness documentation of Israeli war crimes in Gaza, occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank was digitally suppressed. In the scope of that monitored dataset, nearly 16 percent of all documented acts of digital suppression escalated into formal censorship after posts, livestreams, archived footage, and visual evidence documenting Israeli bombardment, mass civilian casualties, and systematic destruction either disappeared entirely or became severely restricted. A separate 2025 analysis examined a random sample of 448 Arabic posts related to Palestine that major platforms had already removed, and independent reviewers concluded that more than 60 percent of those deleted posts violated no published platform rules, contained no incitement, and breached no stated community standards. Anti-Israeli-genocide documentation is being systematically pushed out of public view.”

Diliani added, “Research published through arXiv confirmed that searches related to Palestine produce geographically manipulated and politically distorted results. The state of Israel’s machinery of colonial domination now reaches into digital search rankings, recommendation systems, archives, and the algorithms deciding which massacres the world sees.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that every silenced image from the state of Israel’s Gaza genocide and every buried testimony of Israeli war crimes strengthens our resolve to defend our memory, our truth, and our national voice.
