The violent Israeli settler terror across occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank is Israeli colonial rule in its rawest form: armed, ideological, judicially protected, and militarily sponsored by the genocidal state.

Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “ACLED, the international conflict monitoring organization, records more than 1,200 Israeli settler terrorist attacks against Palestinian civilians in the West Bank since Israel launched its Gaza genocide in October 2023, with this year already the deadliest year for settler terrorism since ACLED began monitoring Palestine 10 years ago.”

Diliani added: “Yesh Din, the Israeli human rights organization monitoring Israeli settler terror and law enforcement failures in the occupied West Bank, describes a criminal Israeli system of impunity. Since 2005, only 3% of investigation files into Zionist ideologically driven terrorism crimes committed by Israelis against Palestinian civilians led to full or partial convictions. In 16 of nearly 30 Israeli organized mass terror assaults between 2023 and November 2025, Israeli soldiers or police were present and assisted the attacks directly or indirectly.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction states that Israel’s settler pogrom machinery now defines the daily anatomy of colonial rule in occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank: the settler terrorist assaults, the military sponsorship, the racist courts, the prosecutorial burial of evidence, and the deliberate terrorist assault on our land, livelihood, family life, and indigenous existence.
