The genocidal state of Israel has armed Zionist colonial settler terrorist militias in occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank as a deliberate instrument of hate crimes, terror, land seizure, ethnic cleansing and annexation.

Dimitri Diliani, Spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, stated: “Itamar Ben Gvir, the state of Israel’s National Security Minister, carries a 2007 conviction in Israeli courts for racist incitement and support for a terrorist organization. His rifle regime is Israeli state policy in its most savage form, a government program that hands ideological terrorist settlers the weapons, political license, legal impunity and military shelter required to terrorize our villages, roads, schools, olive groves and homes.”

Diliani added: “The Armed Conflict Location and Event Data project, ACLED, an independent global conflict monitor, documented the deadly fusion of armed colonial settlers, settlement security squads and the Israeli occupation military system. OCHA recorded more than 1,770 Israeli settler attacks in 2025, while Israeli forces and settlers murdered 240 Palestinian civilians, including 55 children, in occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank. By May 18 of this year, OCHA had already documented more than 870 Israeli settler terrorist attacks across more than 220 Palestinian communities, an average of 6 terrorist attacks per day. These are state sponsored pogroms, protected by the genocidal Israeli army and authorized by an ideologically driven genocidal political command.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that the state of Israel’s licensed settler terrorist pogroms are an annexation weapon in the hands of a genocidal state that arms colonial terrorism, shields its perpetrators, and advances ethnic cleansing to uproot Palestinian life from its own homeland.
