The Israeli colonial settler-soldier merger has become the clearest expression of the state of the state of Israel’s apartheid rule in occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank. The genocidal state of Israel arms colonial terrorist settler militias, places them under military protection, grants them legal immunity and political cover to kill our people and seize our land, and deploys the genocidal Israeli army to enforce a widening campaign of annexation and ethnic cleansing.

Dimitri Diliani, member of the Revolutionary Council and spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “The U.N. recorded a 130% rise in settler terrorism since 2023 and documented Israeli government financial, military and legal support for that terror. Genocidal Israeli forces accompanied and protected the settler terrorists during their attacks. Last year alone, settler terrorist assaults killed 7 of our people and injured 832 in occupied Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank.”

Diliani added: “Amnesty International’s 2026 findings expose a documented record of Israeli war crimes tied to this settler soldier merger from January 2023 to April 2026: more than 100 of our villages ethnically cleansed in whole, more than 7,280 recorded crimes of forced family displacement caused by Israeli home demolitions, and 212 of at least 363 colonial outposts established since 2023. These figures document a state policy of ethnic cleansing rooted in genocide, apartheid and colonial dispossession.”

“Ben Gvir supplies the assault weapons, Smotrich directs the land theft, and the genocidal Israeli army protects the settler terrorists,” Diliani said. “This settler-soldier merger is the occupied West Bank machinery of the same Israeli project of ethnic cleansing and colonial domination, whose most catastrophic expression is the genocide the state of Israel is inflicting on Gaza.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that dismantling Israel’s settler-military regime is a national, legal and moral necessity.
