𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲


The International Court of Justice’s Order of last month fixed 22 November 2027 for South Africa’s Reply and 22 May 2029 for Israel’s Rejoinder in the genocide case against the state of Israel. Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that this timetable places the credibility of international law under severe scrutiny and gives the Israeli genocidal regime years to cement genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and colonial domination against our people.

Dimitri Diliani, Member of the Revolutionary Council and Spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “The data exposes Israel’s war crimes with merciless precision. Since it launched its genocide 32 months ago, the state of Israel has killed more than 73,000 Palestinians in Gaza, wounded over 173,000, displaced nearly 90% of our people there, destroyed hospitals, erased homes, starved our children, and assaulted every condition of Palestinian survival.”

Diliani added: “The Genocide Convention was written to prevent organized extermination. A process extending into 2029 gives the genocidal state of Israel legal oxygen while it expands mass killing, forced displacement, deliberate starvation, and systematic civic destruction.”

He continued: “Our people are not evidence awaiting classification. We are a nation resisting erasure by a colonial, genocidal Israeli regime that uses Western backed military force, siege, starvation, and territorial fragmentation to impose messianic-driven war crimes on our lives.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction said international justice must restrain the genocidal state of Israel now, impose immediate accountability, and deny the war criminal state every political gain secured through genocide, ethnic cleansing, and colonial domination.
