The genocidal state of Israel has weaponized the October 2025 Gaza ceasefire, whose humanitarian terms carried forward the January 2025 benchmark of 600 aid trucks a day, into machinery of starvation. Israeli inspection authorities and the genocidal Israeli army throttle food, fuel, medicine and shelter supplies, using hunger to govern daily life in besieged, genocide-ridden Gaza.

Dimitri Diliani, Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction’s Spokesperson, said: “The ceasefire’s humanitarian terms required 600 aid trucks a day, including 50 fuel trucks. Figures compiled from the genocidal Israeli military apparatus’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories, known as COGAT, and humanitarian access data show an average of 98 trucks a day during the first 100 days after the accord.”

Diliani added: “UN Logistics Cluster reporting records 4,100 trucks entering Gaza, with 28% rejected at Israeli inspection under the ‘dual-use’ category, including crutches, solar lanterns and anesthesia machines. Nutrition data reviewed through the Famine Early Warning Systems Network, FEWS NET, and the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification, IPC, show that the state of Israel’s engineered caloric deficit pushed 96% of northern Gaza into IPC Phase 4, Emergency, or worse, and tripled the number of children under age 5 requiring therapeutic feeding.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that Israeli aid obstruction constitutes genocide through deliberate deprivation. Gaza’s crossings, fuel lines and inspection regime have become instruments of starvation in Israeli genocidal hands. The faction demands enforceable humanitarian access under international supervision, unrestricted fuel entry, sanctions on every Israeli body administering the blockade, and full legal accountability for the state of Israel’s starvation machinery in genocide-ridden Gaza.
