The genocidal state of Israel drives its colonial domination from checkpoints, military torture detention camps, prisons and siege lines into the banking system that sustains our civil society. Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that our unions, health groups, agricultural committees and human rights organizations form a national infrastructure of steadfastness against the state of Israel’s cruel machinery of ethnic cleansing.

Dimitri Diliani, Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction’s Spokesperson, said: “According to figures cited in the European Legal Support Center investigation, 37 Palestinian human rights, agricultural and health NGOs had accounts in bank branches in the state of Israel and the West Bank forcibly closed between 2024 and 2025 through classified security designations issued by the state of Israel’s Ministry of Army, without formal notification or legal recourse.”

Diliani added: “Figures reviewed through Bank of Israel and Palestinian Monetary Authority data show a 72% collapse in international wire transfers to our civil society organizations, from $148 million in 2023 to $41 million in 2025. The genocidal state of Israel’s 2021 designation of 6 Palestinian NGOs as ‘terrorist entities’ operates as a financial weapon against our civic sector, driving European and U.S. donors to sever relationships.”

Diliani stated: “18 of the 37 organizations have ceased operations. The rest survive on cash. This is Israeli financial warfare serving genocide.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction asserts the necessity of restoring banking access, reversing Israeli security designations, protecting donor channels and imposing accountability on every Israeli body engineering the financial strangulation of our civil society.
