The genocidal state of Israel built a surveillance industry from the daily captivity of our people and sold occupation-tested repression abroad. Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction identifies this cyber export regime as a pillar of Israeli colonial domination, linking military control of people’s movement, biometric extraction, spyware abuse and global authoritarian power.
Dimitri Diliani, Spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “The genocidal Israeli army turned our faces, fingerprints and movement into military data. Red Wolf is military checkpoint facial-recognition software; Blue Wolf is a soldier phone app used to photograph our people; Wolf Pack is an Israeli military database that stores our profiles; Mabat 2000 is an Israeli police camera network across occupied East Jerusalem. These systems catalogue our bodies, police our streets and turn occupied Palestine into a testing ground for Israeli made digital apartheid.”
Diliani added: “Pegasus is an Israeli spyware made by NSO Group. Once it enters a phone, it can reach messages, photos, contacts, microphones and cameras. In 2021, Front Line Defenders, Citizen Lab and Amnesty confirmed Pegasus infections on the phones of human rights defenders and activists. Forensic Architecture traced NSO Group’s spyware abuse across at least 45 countries. The Pegasus Project reported that at least 180 journalists, including American and European journalists, were selected as targets by the Israeli firm’s - NSO - clients. The state of Israel exports occupation-tested surveillance to regimes that hunt journalists, dissidents and communities marked for repression.”
“Israeli weapons exports reached 19.2 billion dollars in 2025 amid Israel’s Gaza genocide.” Diliani warned, “The profits of surveillance come from checkpoints that cage our people in concentration camps across occupied Palestine, from our stolen privacy, and from our forced exposure to Israeli occupation military systems.”
Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction calls for targeted sanctions, universal jurisdiction cases against Israeli officials who license, approve and oversee cyber and weapons exports, and an immediate end to all Israeli biometric extraction from our people. These measures are necessary to break the chain that begins at Israeli military checkpoints in occupied Palestine, military databases and spyware labs, then reaches journalists, activists, dissidents and ordinary citizens across the world. The state of Israel’s occupation-tested surveillance industry targets our freedom first, then carries the same machinery into global civic life.
