Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction names Israel’s military prosecution apparatus as a colonial shield for genocide. The state of Israel equips its genocidal army, orders its war crimes, opens internal investigations to contain popular international pressure, closes those files without real accountability, and hides our dead beneath military procedures designed to erase Israeli criminal responsibility.

Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “The genocidal Israeli army has slaughtered at least 73,001 Palestinian people in Gaza and wounded more than 173,200. The UN Commission recorded 20,179 Palestinian children killed by the genocidal Israeli army from October 2023 to October 2025. Israel’s Military Advocate General answered this mass slaughter with only 3 Gaza related criminal indictments in the first 18 months of the ongoing genocide.”

Diliani said: “AOAV, Action on Armed Violence, a London based registered charity that records, investigates, and publishes evidence on armed violence against civilians worldwide, examined 52 Israeli military probes covering 1,303 Palestinian victims killed and 1,880 wounded. The genocidal state of Israel closed 88% of these cases without findings of wrongdoing. The state of Israel converts massacres into files, files into silence, and silence into protection for uniformed child killers wearing its military insignia.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction states that Israeli military prosecution apparatus launders genocide. International criminal jurisdiction is the lowest legal threshold left after the state of Israel made its army’s genocidal war crimes state policy.
