The state of Israel’s so called voluntary departure apparatus in genocide stricken Gaza is ethnic cleansing by design: a coercive system of routes, crossings, screening procedures, and one way exits imposed amid ongoing genocide, siege, starvation, military domination, and colonial control.

Dimitri Diliani, spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “The genocidal state of Israel has given its official’s public incitement an operational architecture. Genocide Minister Israel Katz’s ministry established a directorate for ‘departures’ by land, sea, and air, and the admitted fascist Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich told the Knesset that budgetary limits would not obstruct the operation. This is ethnic cleansing in bureaucratic form, planned by the government of the state of Israel, financed largely by the United States of America, and enforced by the genocidal Israeli army.”

Diliani added: “The state of Israel killed more than 73,000 of us in Gaza, including at least 20,179 children between October 2023 and October 2025. Children formed 30% of the recorded victims of the Israeli ongoing genocide. Since the October 2025 so called ‘ceasefire,’ Israeli forces murdered 1,045 more Palestinian civilians, as the genocidal Israeli army imposes direct military control over around 60% of Gaza and forces nearly the entire population of 2 million civilians into a coastal cage. Consent under this terror is ethnic cleansing.”

Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction affirms that every Israeli mechanism of our displacement, under any label, belongs to the machinery of ethnic cleansing. Our position is return, reconstruction, sovereignty, and prosecution of the perpetrators.
