International corporate suppliers, transport companies, banks and insurers sustain the genocidal state of Israel’s illegal colonial settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem. Their commercial networks form an integral part of the Israeli illegal colonial seizure of Palestinian land.
Dimitri Diliani, Member of the Revolutionary Council and Spokesperson for Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction, said: “By October 2025, 503,732 Israeli colonial settlers were living in 147 colonial settlements and 224 colonial outposts across our occupied West Bank. An additional 233,600 Israeli colonial settlers lived illegally in occupied East Jerusalem, bringing the total to 737,332. The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) estimated Israeli economic activity in these colonial settlements at $53 billion in 2024, equal to 4.84 times our national GDP that year.”
“The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) received 733 submissions on the illegal involvement of 596 companies in activities tied to Israeli colonial settlements. OHCHR selected 215 companies for detailed review, prioritizing industries associated with the gravest human rights violations. It found that 158 companies had taken part in activities supporting Israeli colonial settlements between Aug. 2, 2019, and April 30, 2025. The database names J.C. Bamford Excavators, Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF), Steconfer and Heidelberg Materials in categories covering construction equipment and materials, services that maintain colonial settlement infrastructure and the commercial exploitation of our natural resources.”
“The International Court of Justice affirmed that every state is legally obligated to end economic and trade dealings that sustain the genocidal state of Israel’s unlawful presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The court also required states to block trade and investment that maintain this illegal colonial system.”
“We call on the European Union to impose a binding ban on trade and investment with Israeli colonial settlements. We call on national customs agencies and port authorities to release manifests, customs declarations and bills of lading; on banks and insurers to end financial services connected to Israeli colonial settlement construction; and on corporate boards to disclose contracts and payment records. The evidence belongs before prosecutors and regulators, with proceedings opened wherever the law has been violated.”
He added: “Organized labor has direct leverage over the settlement supply chain. We call upon the European Trade Union Confederation and the European Transport Workers’ Federation to organize workers who refuse to handle, transport, finance or insure materials destined for Israeli colonial settlements. In the European Parliament, we urge members to secure binding measures prohibiting colonial settlement trade and barring implicated companies from public contracts. Our appeal to Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch is direct: intensify public campaigns demanding enforcement.”
Fateh’s Reformist Democratic Faction’s position is unequivocal: the corporate supply chains sustaining Israel’s illegal colonial settlement expansion are part of the machinery dispossessing our nation. Ending that support requires governments to ban the trade, investors to divest, public authorities to exclude implicated companies from contracts and courts to act on the evidence.
